Used various materials including foam, and wire to create form of sculpture

Created prototype using armature and clay. Model created as basis for waste mold cast.
Shim Wall
Created for two part waste mold
Waste Mold
Used Plaster to create two part wast mold. Included thin clay layer in the middle of the mold to make it easier to judge distance to the object during cast
Rubber Mold Process
Cast from waste mold was covered with layer of tinfoil and clay to create area for rubber mold. Incorporated pouring spouts to pour in the rubber.
